Things are challenging for so many of us at the moment, but the Bible tells us that God is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

Sarah is going to show us how to make flapjacks and help us to reflect on all of the different emotions we might be feeling during lockdown and how God will always be there for us.

Ingredients:
50g butter
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey/maple syrup
2 ripe bananas mashed
1 apple peeled and grated
250g rolled oats
85g chopped dried apricots
100g raisins
Optional: 85g mixed seeds
