You will need a spare sock, something to make a mouth (e.g. card, felt, tape, etc); something for eyes (e.g. buttons, googly eyes, pompoms, card, etc); something for hair (e.g. pipe cleaners, feathers, wool, etc), and some way to attach them to the sock (e.g. glue dots, double-sided tape, PVA glue, etc).
