Apply For Funding To Recreate The FAIRTRADE Mark In Scotland!

It's been 25 years since the FAIRTRADE Mark <https://sftf.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=8e244cea8abeb68734b6b4d00&id=01758ee4f5&e=e0dcc527ce> was launched in the UK and to celebrate, the Fairtrade Foundation is providing some funding for a stunt or event in Scotland that involves recreating the Fairtrade Mark in a creative and innovative way!

What sort of activity are they looking for?

A stunt organised by a Fair Trade group which focuses on the recreation of the Fairtrade Mark and will attract media attention: so the more creative and iconic, the better! Could you get a local celebrity involved, or use an iconic building or place of national interest in your area?

See here <https://sftf.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=8e244cea8abeb68734b6b4d00&id=d9fb89a0f5&e=e0dcc527ce> for an example from Yorkshire.

The Fairtrade Foundation's press team will work with you to help generate as much local and national press coverage as possible. They will also promote the stunt alongside stunts taking place in other parts of the UK.

How much is available?

Up to £1,750

When should it take place?

Between 4 and 7 October 2019 to coincide with the rest of the celebrations across the UK.

What other support is available?

The Foundation will help generate press coverage and the Scottish Fair Trade Forum can provide communications support but unfortunately we cannot provide logistical support on the day.

How does my group apply?
